A very unusual sighting in Hamilton.
I would wager that two years ago it would have been difficult to find 5 people in our burg of 500,000 who even knew what an "Alleycat" was. Alleycats aren't my thing, but its certainly a sign of a growing bicycle culture.
Isn't the sub-plot of an Alleycat to break as many laws as you can in your effort to win? I say that tongue-in-cheek but if they are daredeviling about town I suppose one could debate whether or not this is an overall positive thing.
I'd like to make it out to the rally point and get some photos but I'm doing a metric century earlier that day and might be too gassed to go back out.
